POOCH HOTEL WEST LOOP WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2008
We serve up daycare, overnight boarding, our famous SPAW and The Club @ West Loop – a comprehensive pooch lifestyle management program. We even have a gourmutt restaurant, RAW Dog, dishing out all-natural, organic meals right next door.
Pooch Hotel West Loop is open & fully-manned 24/7/365. We boast over 20 Pet Care professionals on staff in addition to 24-hour access to veterinary care.
Our philosophy embraces eco-friendly practices to reduce our carbon pawprint and we have applied for LEED certification for our facility.
Tours are typically available Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM. During busy holiday seasons* our responsibility must lie with the pooches in our care, and we are unable to grant tours.
Outside our holiday seasons, we love two-legged visitors! Please come for a tour on a day prior to checking in your pooch.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY
Standard Hotel Check Out is 12 Noon seven days a week*.
A $25 half-day charge will be assessed if picked up between Noon and 7 PM. After 7 PM another full night will be charged.

Please note that although we are open for check-in and check-out 24 hours, our normal day is from 7 AM to 7 PM. Any dogs checking in or out outside of our normal hours will be subject to an additional night's fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If we do not receive your cancellation within the timeframe listed below or if you are a no-show, the credit card on file will be charged for the reservation in its entirety.
Advance notice for cancellation:
- Fourteen (14) days in advance of the high season reservations that include November 20 – November 30 and December 22 – January 2.**
- Seven (7) days in advance for holiday reservations that include Memorial Day, 4th of July, or Labor Day
- One (1) business day for non-holiday reservations
* Front desk is closed New Year's Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.
** When making reservations for the periods of 11/20 – 11/30 and 12/22 – 1/2, please be advised that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

DAYCARE WITH TRANSPORTATION
Pooch Hotel provides transportation to various neighborhoods within the City of Chicago to our daycare clientele. In order to take advantage of our transportation service, we require a minimum of two [2] days per week.
ALL Daycare Transportation Clientele must supply the following:
- A nylon, leather, or cloth collar or harness with proper ID tags. Choke or pinch collars are not safe to wear while in daycare, so these are not allowed.
- Two (2) sets of keys to your home.
Please note that all health requirements must be met before checking in for Daycare.

The Club @ West Loop
Need some help with a pudgy pooch? Or do you have a dog that's always go, go, GO? The Club provides a complete lifestyle program for dogs that includes fitness and nutrition management.
FITNESS
We use our indoor 20' lap pool and professional canine treadmill to address fitness issues. And while appearance improves with good diet and exercise, it can be additionally maintained with SPAW treatments for healthy nails and silky coats.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
