Due to staffing challenges that are impacting many businesses, we have chosen to make several temporary changes that we want you to be aware of. Our top priority is to continue caring for your fur-babies without compromising the level of service you expect and deserve from us.
The following changes will go into effect Tuesday, May 31, 2022.
We will be prioritizing members with Silver status and above (subject to availability) within our Paw Perks Loyalty Program and existing Unlimited Monthly Members.*
A cap will be placed on the number of guests able to attend daycare & boarding. Even if you receive an automated confirmation email, please note that we may still need to cancel your reservation if there is no space available.
- Our goal is to review and confirm all reservations within 24 hours of submitting, and we suggest you book as far in advance as possible to allow us time to review and cancel if necessary.
Advance reservations will be required. We will no longer be accepting walk-in reservations. If for any reason we can accommodate a walk-in guest, there will be a $25 walk-in upcharge in addition to the cost of daycare.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so by 12pm the day before your reservation. If you do not cancel your reservation by 12pm the day prior or if you do not show up on the day of your reservation, you will be charged 1 night of boarding or 1 day of daycare.
